RECONNECTION PROCEDURE

To reconnect electricity to your residence, the first step is to determine how long the power has been disconnected.
(Para ma-reconnect ang kuryente sa imong balay, ang unang lakang mao ang paghibalo kung unsa na kadugay nga naputol ang koneksyon sa kurente.)


SCOPE OF ONLINE RECONNECTION SERVICE: OR (WHO MAY AVAIL)
This online reconnection service is applicable only to residential consumers whose electric service has been disconnected for over 30 days but not more than 60 days.


RECONNECTION GUIDELINES i
    Within 30 days from the date of disconnection:
  • You may apply for reconnection without attending the Pre- Membership Education Seminar (PMES). You will only need to settle the reconnection fee and any outstanding balance.
    (Pwede ka mag-apply sa sulod sa 30 ka adlaw human maputol ang serbisyo sa kuryente nga wala nay kinahanglang moapil sa PMES. Bayaran ra ang reconnection fee ug arrears.)
  • More than 30 days disconnected:
  • Attendance in the PMES is required. You must pay the reconnection fee, orientation fee, and arrears.
    (Kung kapin sa 30 ka adlaw ang pagka-disconnect, kinahanglan mo apil sa PMES ug bayran ang reconnection fee, orientation fee, ug arrears.)
  • More than 60 days disconnected:
  • Before applying for reconnection, your electric meter must be inspected by a certified BUSECO inspector.
    (Kung kapin sa 60 ka adlaw naputol ang serbisyo, kinahanglan ipa-check ang metro sa usa ka authorized nga BUSECO inspector una mag-apply sa reconnection.)
